Come and try your hand at blacksmithing! Become a blacksmith for a day and experience what it is like to stand all day at the forge! You won’t leave empty-handed, you will always take away your own product during our blacksmithing experience!
Are you looking for a special experience that will interest not only your wife? Accompanied by our experienced blacksmiths, you can make a horseshoe for a little extra luck, a heart of love, which we will patinate in red at your request, or a beautiful forged jewel. You can come to the fittings even accompanied by your partner, for whom the heart or jewel is intended.
What can you expect?
This is an experience for guys who want to try a proper craft! Máte možnost během 1 – 2 hodin poznat práci s kovem a ohněm, a to přímo v naší prodejně na Starém městě nebo také v naší nové kovářské a restaurátorské dílně tvz. pod ocasem na Muzeu.
How does it work?
Our blacksmith will show you how to heat a piece of iron and work it with a hammer on the anvil into the desired shape and you will create your own product. You do not need any special equipment, we will provide you with tools and materials. We recommend wearing work clothes, that you do not mind getting a little dirty, and some sturdy shoes. We will be happy to lend you all other protective equipment.
How much does it cost and where does it take place?
For a total of 3500,- CZK in our shop in Rybná 21, Prague – Staré město or in our new blacksmith and restoration workshop called. pod ocasem na Muzeu máte možnost během 1 – 2 hodin poznat práci s kovem a ohněm.
Who is it suitable for?
For men from 15 years of age (possibly also for women, for minors we want a signed consent of the legal guardian).
In addition to a new experience and a new skill, you will also take home a self-made product.
