Quality spring steel 14 260 was used as material for the blade. Please keep in mind that after each use it is necessary to dry it and create an oily film on the surface (classic cooking oil or lard is sufficient for this purpose) in order to avoid possible degradation of the material.
The spatula is made of ash, a wood whose hardness makes it ideal for making handles.
It is also possible to order for your knife a beautiful hand-stitched sheath made of authentic high quality cowhide leather. The sheath has an eyelet for attaching to the belt; available in light brown, black or dark brown color.
