This particular piece from our colleague Ondra, boasts a blade made of N690 stainless steel, which is sought after by master knife makers worldwide for its excellent properties.
Walnut wood is used for the handle, which is not only strong but also durable. Also thanks to polishing paterns and colour are beutifuly highlited
This practical knife is one of the smaller pieces in our range, but once you pick it up, you will soon be convinced that even a small blade can do a good job.
