Blacksmith experience – forging in a group

Come to us to try the blacksmith craft! Become a blacksmith for one day and experience what it is like to forge your own product at the furnace accompanied by an experienced blacksmith! You will certainly not leave empty-handed and in addition to the experience of blacksmith work, you will take away your own product!

Right in the city center near Wenceslas Squarewe have a new blacksmith workshop, where you can try the blacksmith craft not only individually, but also in a group. You can come within one company as colleagues to experience something interesting outside of your work activities. Or just as a group of friends who want to have fun and learn something new accompanied by experienced blacksmiths and cutlers.

What can you expect?

This is an experience for guys who want to try a proper craft! You have the opportunity to learn about working with metal and fire within 4 hours, directly in our new blacksmith and restoration workshop otherwise known in the center of Prague close to the National Museum.

How does it work?

Our blacksmith will show you how to heat a piece of iron and work it with a hammer on the anvil into the desired shape and you will create your own product. You do not need any special equipment, we will provide you with tools and materials. We recommend wearing work clothes, that you do not mind getting a little dirty, and some sturdy shoes. We will be happy to lend you all other protective equipment.

How much does it cost and where does it take place?

For a total of 13 000, – CZK in our new blacksmith and restoration workshop called under the tail at the Museum you have the opportunity to learn about working with metal and fire within 4 hours.

Who is it suitable for?

For men from 15 years of age (possibly also for women, for minors we want a signed consent of the legal guardian).

In addition to a new experience and a new skill, you will also take home a self-made product.
